The "Pivot Pencil" is a writing instrument: i.e.; carpenters pencil, mechanical pencil, pen, marking pen, etc; with a true red-white-and blue improvement, a swivel joint that allows the tool to pivot in various angles, which allows the pencil access in tight spots and around corners. If you can't reach the surface you wish to mark you might as well guess. But the Pivot Pencil can take away all the guesswork in these situations, and can guarantee the precision and accuracy you need. The unique pivoting design can be manufactured into every pen, marker, virtually all writing instruments and utensils.

The Pivot Pencil consists of two separate carpenter's pencil pieces, one end of each is tapered to a 45-degree angle. These tapered ends can be fitted upon the pivoting shafts of a swivel joint via truss head slots. This rubber lining-encased swivel joint is capable of 180-degree rotation, thus allowing the pencil head to be applied even within constricted locations.

The "Pivot Pencil" allows users to set the pencil at the needed angle to mark constricted or out of reach spots and around corners where conventional pencils and pens can't go.

The "Pivot Pencil" methodology is not limited to just carpenter's pencils. It can be incorporated in almost any writing instruments to include but not limited to china markers, lumber crayons, and even pens. The "Pivot Pencil" can also be produced in standard formats for no particular industrial use and even in formats that are solely for aesthetic purposes.
